  DataVita secures £300m debt financing for Scottish AI data centres

  DataVita, a UK data centre and cloud services provider, secured approximately £300 million in debt financing to expand its existing DV1 data centre and build a second facility (DV3) in North Lanarkshire's AI Growth Zone. The financing was provided by ING, ABN AMRO, Santander, the Scottish National Investment Bank, and Siemens Financial Services, with a £202 million guarantee from the National Wealth Fund. Capacity at both facilities has been contracted to CoreWeave under a 15-year lease agreement, expected to create around 600 construction jobs and 100 permanent skilled roles.
