Can I try it before paying?
Yes, and there is nothing to cancel. Free is a plan rather than a trial: no card, no end date, and the five facility records you unlock on it are yours for good. Move up when the map stops being enough.
What is the difference between the paid plans?
Reader buys the records: every facility in full, the whole timeline and the activity feed. Analyst buys everything computed across the records: markets, operators, the pipeline, Compare, quarterly capacity history and filings. If your question is about a building, Reader answers it; if it is about a market or a build-out, Analyst does.
Can I export the data?
Only on Enterprise. Exports and API access are Enterprise features; Reader and Analyst work inside the app.
What does Enterprise cost?
Enterprise starts at five Analyst seats on one invoice, with exports and API access, and larger teams are priced on the shape of the team. Get in touch and we will set it up.
Can I use the data in work my own clients see?
Yes. On any paid plan you can use what you find here in your own work, including reports, decks and brochures your clients see, and a citation is welcome. What no plan allows is taking the dataset itself: bulk extraction by scraping, browser automation or an AI agent walking the app or the API on your credentials, and reselling or republishing our records as a dataset. If you want the data as a feed for your own systems or product, that is <a href="/en/data-licensing">data licensing</a>.
Can I move between plans later?
Yes, up or down, whenever you like. Nothing you save, watch or unlock is tied to a plan, and the records you have unlocked stay unlocked.
