Evoswitch Data Center Permit Approved in Almere, Netherlands
Dutch official publication (prb-2025-10420) confirms approval of coordinated permits under the General Environmental Provisions Act (AEPV) and Water Act for Evoswitch to construct a data center on Rondebeltweg in Almere, Netherlands. The facility received permits from both provincial/municipal authorities and Waterschap Zuiderzeeland water board on June 27, 2025. This approval enables Evoswitch to proceed with construction of the data center facility in the Almere region.
Evoswitch Haarlem datacenter expansion permit approved
Dutch municipality of Haarlem approved an environmental permit for Evoswitch to add Hall 7 to its J.W. Lucasweg 35 datacenter facility. The permit includes authorization for two temporary access roads for an eight-month period during construction. The approval was officially published in the Dutch municipal announcements register on 25 September 2018. This expansion reflects continued infrastructure investment in the Haarlem datacenter cluster in the Netherlands.
