    Equinix Acquires Two Data Centers in India for $161 Million

    Equinix has completed the acquisition of GPX Global Systems' India operations for US$161 million. The deal includes two fiber-connected data centers in Mumbai, which will be integrated into Equinix's Platform Equinix. This expansion marks Equinix's entry into the strategic Indian market, aiming to support the digital transformation of Indian businesses and multinational corporations. Manoj Paul has been appointed as the Managing Director for Equinix India.
