TierPoint Securitizes Data Center Revenue with $38,379 Service Orders in ABS Deal
TierPoint Issuer LLC and TierPoint Co-Issuer LLC filed an asset-backed securities offering (Series 2025-1 and 2025-2) backed by 38,379 data center service orders totaling secured data center revenue term notes as of November 30, 2024. Independent accountants performed agreed-upon procedures verifying 100 sampled service orders (25 from top tenants, 75 from regular tenants) against source documents. The securitization was structured by Guggenheim Securities and represents TierPoint's financing of recurring data center colocation and managed services revenue.
