Saudi AI company Humain has begun IPO preparations and announced plans to raise a $2.5 billion fund to finance data center expansion across Saudi Arabia, as the company pursues a listing in both Saudi Arabia and New York by 2029. DataVolt and HUMAIN announced an expanded partnership and broke ground on a 100 MW phase of a 360 MW AI-ready data center campus at Oxagon, Saudi Arabia's industrial city on the Red Sea coast. MIS awarded contract to expand Saudi data centre from 50 MW to 250 MW
Al Moammar Information Systems Company (MIS) has been awarded a contract by HUMAIN, Saudi Arabia's AI company, to expand its data centre capacity from 50 MW to 250 MW. The project involves designing and constructing additional data centres totalling 200 MW, to be implemented in phases, with engineering, procurement and construction works to commence and the contract expected to be signed within two weeks. The contract value exceeds 689% of MIS's total 2025 revenue of 1.27 billion Saudi riyals ($338.54 million).
