KKR-Singtel consortium completes STTGDC acquisition
KKR and Singtel have completed their acquisition of Singapore-based data-centre operator STTGDC. The completion strengthens STTGDC's ability to scale AI-ready infrastructure globally; the operator currently has 780 MW operational capacity across Asia, the UK and Europe, with almost 2 GW of powered land secured for assets under construction and pipeline development. Since end-2025, operational capacity has increased 25%, contracted capacity grown 50%, and annualised EBITDA risen 30%.
