TeraWulf secured a 482MW electrical service agreement for a planned data center campus in Kentucky.
TeraWulf reports Q2 2026 results; announces Anthropic $19B lease and Muskie acquisition
TeraWulf Inc. reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $44.8 million with 102 MW of operational capacity at Lake Mariner and 336 MW under construction. The company announced a 20-year lease with Anthropic for 401 MW at Justified Data Campus representing $19 billion in contracted revenue, acquired the gigawatt-scale Muskie Data Campus in Kentucky with 1 GW of contracted power, and received FERC authorization for the Morgantown generating station acquisition to support up to 1 GW Chesapeake Data Campus. TeraWulf also agreed to monetize its Abernathy Joint Venture interest for $530 million and reaffirmed targets of contracting 250–500 MW of incremental capacity annually.
