Damac Digital and Vodafone inaugurate 4MW data center in Izmir, Turkey
Damac Digital and Vodafone Türkiye have inaugurated the first phase of a data center facility in Izmir, Turkey, initially delivering 4MW of capacity with plans to scale to 20MW. The facility, built with seismic isolation technology, spans 7,500 sqm and can accommodate 650 racks. The $300 million investment was originally planned in 2024 and completed in 18 months. This is Vodafone's sixth data center in Turkey and its second in Izmir.
