   Boling-Iago Amazon AWS 001 — broke ground

   The scope of Amazon’s planned Project Eagle data center campus outside Houston now looks larger than previously reported. The cloud giant last month filed with the TDLR to develop four data center buildings outside Houston in Boling. The company has now filed to develop six more. All seven are set to total 189,060 sq ft (17,565 sqm) and see $300m invested. Construction on all will run from September 2026 to September 2027. Building E will be located at 266 Eaglewood Drive; Building F will be at 270 Eaglewood; Building G will be at 230 Eaglewood; Building H will be at 234 Eaglewood; Building J will be at 237 Eaglewood; and Building K will be at 233 Eaglewood. Boling, in Wharton County, is located southwest of Houston.

   Six additional data centers were registered with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation on Aug. 5. The facilities are identified as Buildings E, F, G, H, J and K.

4. August 2026·Groundbreaking

   Boling-Iago Amazon AWS 001 — broke ground

   The original four buildings (A, B, C, D) are all also set to total 189,060 sq ft (17,565 sqm) and see $300m invested. All four are located along Eaglewood (240, 244, and 258). Construction on all four buildings is set to start in August 2026: while the first three have a January 2027 completion date, the last building is slated for completion by August 2027.
