Ada Infrastructure begins construction of third Tokyo data center
Ada Infrastructure held a groundbreaking ceremony for the third building at its TKW1 Tokyo campus on September 4, 2026. This is the company's fifth data-centre project in Japan. The TKW1 campus comprises three facilities totalling 31 MW: two 10 MW facilities and one 11 MW facility. Building 1 began operations in May 2025, Building 2 is under construction with an expected start in 2027, and Building 3's ceremony was held on this date. Ada plans to invest $120 million over five years to deliver 900 MW of total data-centre capacity across five Japanese campuses in Tokyo and Osaka.
