  Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT acquired a 499,402 sq ft data center in San Diego-Carlsbad, California from AT&T and Telegraph Company for $134.5 million. The facility, built in 1983, was immediately leased back to AT&T Services (wholly-owned subsidiary of AT&T) under a 10-year net lease with $9.9M annual base rent and renewal options.   Carter Validus acquires 143k sq ft AT&T data center in Wisconsin

  Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT (CVOP) acquired a 142,952 rentable square foot data center located in Waukesha, Wisconsin from AT&T on September 26, 2013. To finance the acquisition, CVOP entered into a joinder agreement and secured financing through KeyBank Credit Facility, which increased its borrowing base availability by approximately $23.3 million. The AT&T Wisconsin Data Center was pledged as collateral to secure the KeyBank facility. This acquisition expands CVOP's mission-critical data center portfolio.
