Magnora ASA has agreed grid connection for its Hämeenlinna data center project near Helsinki.
Fasadgruppen acquires roofing contractor ProRakenne to expand data centre exposure
Fasadgruppen Group AB, a property façade and exterior renovation specialist, completed the acquisition of Finnish roofing contractor ProRakenne Oy in Oulu through its subsidiary RKC Construction Oy on 7 August 2026. The acquisition strengthens Fasadgruppen's roofing position in Finland and provides increased exposure to data centre customers, where large roofing and building envelope contracting services are in demand. The deal aligns with Fasadgruppen's stated selective acquisition strategy.
