A consortium of lenders led by BNP Paribas, BBVA México, Natixis, and Scotiabank México provided a $180 million project financing facility to Ascenty Mexico to fund the expansion of two data centers in Querétaro, Mexico. Mayer Brown acted as legal advisor to the lenders in the transaction. The financing will support capacity growth at the Latin American data center operator's existing facilities.
