Conapto Holding AB, a Swedish data-centre operator, published its Q2 2026 financial report on 28 August 2026. The company completed the expansion of Stockholm 4 South and commenced expansion of Stockholm 3 North (adding 1.2 MW). Stockholm 5 North development progressed with 28 MW contracted for July 2027 delivery. Conapto issued 500 MSEK in senior secured bonds and secured financing including a 100 MSEK revolving credit facility and 100 MSEK capital contribution from parent Conapto Group Holding II AB. Q2 net sales reached 95,369 KSEK, with contracted capacity providing run-rate adjusted EBITDA of 710 MSEK.

EcoDataCenter signs agreement to acquire land for third Swedish data centre
EcoDataCenter has signed an agreement with Smedjebacken Municipality to purchase 52 hectares in Sweden's Dalarna region for its third data centre campus. The deal follows a letter of intent in place since 2019. The campus will have initial planned capacity of 150 MW with potential for expansion, and is expected to support 125–150 permanent jobs once operational. Construction is anticipated to begin in early 2027 once permits are finalized. This is EcoDataCenter's third facility in the Dalarna region, joining existing campuses in Falun and Borlänge.
