    TeraWulf Inc. (NASDAQ: WULF) filed a prospectus supplement for an $800 million common stock offering on April 15, 2026. The net proceeds will finance construction of a data center at the company's Hawesville, Kentucky site, repay its Bridge Credit Facility, fund future site acquisitions, and support general corporate purposes. Morgan Stanley is the lead bookrunning manager for the offering, with a 30-day option to purchase an additional $120 million in shares.
