Sabey Data Center Properties LLC completed an asset-backed securitization (ABS) issuance of Secured Data Center Revenue Term Notes, Series 2025-2, Class A-2, backed by a portfolio of 210 data center leases (134 securitized leases plus 76 full-service leases). Deloitte performed agreed-upon procedures validating tenant lease characteristics and financial terms as of March 1, 2025. The securitization covers leases across multiple regions with varying critical load power, rental rates, and tenant credit profiles. This transaction represents a major capital market financing for Sabey's Seattle-based data center operations.
